How can i pay my order?

You can pay your order in an easy and safe way using your Paypal account or with your credit card using payment gateways (TPV). We also offer the possibility of payment by bank account* or Cash On Delivery.

*In case of bank transfer, you must have in mind that we will not send the order until the payment is effective, so maybe it can take one day or two, according to the bank.

I have a discount code, how can i use it?

Inside your shopping cart, under the product you have chosen, there is a space reserved top ut the promotional code. You just need to write it down and click “Apply coupon” to apply the discount on the final prize of your shopping.

How do you send me my order and how much it costs?

In “Deliveries and Refunds” you can see the connection between weight and destination. We do all our deliveries by Messenger Service.

How can i know if my order is well done?

You will get a confirmation e-mail. However, if you have any doubts you can freely contact us.

When will my order arrive?

The orders are prepared in the moment that the payment has been confirmed inside the labour hours from Monday to Friday between 9.00 to 16:00. The orders made out of this time, will be prepared the following working day. We don’t make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. In case you are interested in any product out of stock, contact us in order to see the possibilities of making it alike or the same and to know its delivery time.

What can i do if my product is broken, defective or is incorrect?

Contact us and we will proceed to refund it as long as it would be a manufacture defect or the order would be incorrect.

How can i do a refund?

1. Request the refund by mail to in a period no longer tan the following 7 working days when the product was receipt, letting us know the refund reasons in case you needed it in order to helping us to improve.

2. Products must be returned:

  • a) In its original condition, with any other accessory related to it, not being used, washed or damaged.
  • b) With its original labels.
c) In its complete original packaging.
  • d) You must attach the receipt or a copy in case you return part of the order.

Are your products handmade? who makes them?

Yes, all of our products in the online shop are designed and made by us, Lilian Urquieta and Iñaki Camacho.

Will i receive the same product i see in the photo?

All the designed products in Lilian Urquieta have been handmade in Spain with natural, high quality materials.

The leather, semiprecious stones, feathers and other natural material could show little imperfections, marks or they could be suffer a little difference in color because of their natural features.

The products you sell are exclusive of the online shop?

No, we also sell our products in our physical shop in La Herradura (Granada).

What is the care of the clothing hand-painted?

To make your t-shirt or shoe design even more long-lasting, you have to remember a few easy steps: hand washing, do not do it with abrasive products for clothes as bleach, stain-remover, etc. And always iron it backwards or with a cloth protecting the drawing.

What is the care of the leather products?

All of our leather is natural and we do not recommend to wet or wash any of our products. You only have to nourish it with any kind of nourishing cream, as Nivea.

What is the care of our metals?

We recommend not to leave the pieces exposed to the sun, water or any chemical product. To a best way of conservation, we recommend to keep it in a little fabric bag.

What is the care of our fascinator’s feathers?

We recommend to not leave them exposed to the sun or wash with water. Leave them in any dry place, inside of a box (preferentially wood or carton).
