To any other countries or higher weight tan 2 kgs, the CLIENT must contact with LILIAN URQUIETA by info@lilianurquieta.com in order to receive information about shipping costs and times.


Packaging

IVA is included in the Price.

In case of not having stock, contact us to know how long will it takes to do it and when would be delivered. They are all handmade, so in case we run out of materials and we couldn’t get new ones, this material could be replaced to a similar one. If you want a whole new model, contact us to detail all the information needed about the product and the method of payment.

The order will be sent once we have confirmed the chosen model is available and its payment has been approved. We will do as much as we can in order to process it as soo as possible. If it’s not the same day, it will be the following working day to you shopping.

Please, have in mind that orders that have been done after 13.00h (GMT +1) on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared to be sent the next working day. National Parties in Spain and local parties in Andalucia can also delay deliveries. The estimated date of deliveries are based on working days.

In order to guarantee the greatest security and speed, all the Orders are sent by private Messenger service.


Delivery

Deliveries are made between 8.30H and 19.00H and they require to a sign from who receives the delivery, in order to guarantee the safe delivery of your Product. In case the CLIENT or authorised person is not at home or delivery can not be done because of another issues, the Messenger service will contact the CLIENT to set an alternative delivery date.

If after 3 delivery tries the Messenger service doesn’t manage to give the order to the CLIENT, the order would be return to our storehouse and the client must take responsability of shipping costs and return to our storehouse, as well as the possible management costs asociated.

In the purchase form, it will be required to the CLIENT a delivery address inside the regular working time. LILIAN URQUIETA won’t be responsible of the mistakes made during the delivery when the Client indicated address isn’t real or when necessary delivery information has been left out.

Deliveries won’t be done to P.O. Boxes.
